Rollickin Gelato Café, 98 Cashel Street is the biggest of our two cafes and stays open late to satisfy your post dinner cravings.
During the day you can watch our team whip! Our clever chefs start before dawn every day to create, make, and whip up gelatos, sorbets, sweet baking, and desserts. Dessert enthusiasts, peer into the wonderland that is the Rollickin kitchen and watch these concoctions come to life.
