Rollickin has been feeling extra royal this week, as we dropped a flavour fit for tiny kings, queens, and anyone who still gets way too excited about sprinkles.

‘Cake It Reign’ is our King’s Birthday special, and honestly… it tastes like the best birthday party you went to as an 8-year-old.

We started with a lightly salted vanilla gelato, then absolutely loaded it with smashed chunks of iced rich choccy cake and a royal shower of confetti sprinkles. Because if you’re making a cake flavour, you may as well fully commit to the chaos.

There’s something ridiculously nostalgic about this one. The soft icing, the chocolate cake crumbs, the crunchy little pops of sprinkles - it somehow tastes like birthday candles, party bags, and being allowed a second slice because “it’s a special occasion.”
